Job Title: SEO Executive

Department: Digital Marketing                       Reports To: Team Manager

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

Experience : We are looking for an SEO/SEM executive to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities with 1- 5 years of experience having the following skills.

Job Summary:

The SEO Executive is responsible for implementing and managing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the online visibility and rankings of the company's website. They will work closely with the SEO Manager and cross-functional teams to execute on-page and off-page SEO activities, conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and stay updated with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Keyword Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords for targeted content.

Analyze keyword trends and competition to refine SEO strategies.

  1. On-Page Optimization:

Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking for search engine relevance.

Ensure content is well-structured, user-friendly, and aligned with SEO best practices.

  1. Off-Page Optimization:

Execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building activities and outreach campaigns.

Foster relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and webmasters for backlink acquisition.

  1. Technical SEO:

Collaborate with web developers to address technical SEO issues, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexing.

Conduct regular website audits to identify and rectify technical SEO issues.

  1. Content Strategy and Optimization:

Work closely with content creators to align content production with SEO objectives.

Provide guidance on optimizing existing content for improved search engine performance.

  1. Competitor Analysis:

Monitor and analyze competitors' SEO strategies, keywords, and backlink profiles.

Use insights to identify opportunities and refine our own SEO approach.

  1. Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.

Analyze key metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

  1. Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Apply new knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of SEO campaigns.

  1. Collaboration and Communication:

Liaise with cross-functional teams (Content, Development, Marketing) to ensure SEO objectives are integrated into overall marketing strategies.

Communicate SEO recommendations and results effectively to stakeholders.

  1. Adaptability and Continuous Learning:

Be adaptable to changes in search engine algorithms and industry trends.

Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and software (e.g., Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
